What is the Legislative Branch?
Article I of the Constitution, the Legislative Branchconsists of the House of Representatives and the Senate, which together form the United States Congress. The legislative branch includes congress which is made up of the house and the senate. Congress has the power to pass bills and regulate foreign policy and economics. The legislative branch is the most powerful in the US political system.
